The traditional peanut sauce in this recipe is very versatile. You can pair it with all sorts of foods to give them a bit of Southeast Asian flavor.

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.

For the peanut sauce, whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and garlic.

For the burgers, pulse pork, ginger, scallions, and chili garlic sauce in a food processor until combined. Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.

Grill patties, covered, until well done, 4 minutes per side.

Assemble burgers on buns with Chayote Slaw and peanut sauce.
